Gentle tai chi based exercise
Tai Chi Balance classes are suitable for all. The first half of the class is done sitting in chairs and then we stand for the second half (although some people do all the exercises sitting down). And don't be fooled that just because we are sitting that it's too gentle! Everyone works at their own level. If you choose, the exercises can be quite strenuous.
